SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (IMC)

1. JOB PURPOSE

At TAJ, a Senior Account Executive (IMC) is not an administrator—you are a campaign orchestrator, a trusted client partner, and the catalyst for internal synergy.

You will command the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns. By blending sharp strategic thinking with operational excellence, you ensure flawless execution, optimize budgets, and deliver breakthrough solutions that elevate brand equity for top-tier clients across diverse sectors (FMCG, Tech, Finance, Automotive, and NGOs).

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
   1. Client Partnership & Project Orchestration

• Trusted Liaison: Act as the direct partner to clients, lead contract negotiations, and consult on high-level communication strategies.
• IMC Integration: Drive seamless synergy across internal teams (Planning, Creative, Media, Social, Production) to transform bold ideas into reality.
• Financial Stewardship: Own project scopes, execution timelines, and project P&L to guarantee on-time, high-quality deliverables.

2. Strategic Insight & Campaign Optimization

• Strategy Co-creation: Partner with Planning to dissect consumer insights and competitor landscapes, shaping the overarching campaign strategy.
• Proposal & Pitching: Engineer sharp proposals and confidently present/defend game-changing ideas before C-level clients.
• Real-Time ROI: Monitor live campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and proactively execute optimization strategies.

3. Operations & Team Leadership

• Vendor Ecosystem: Manage premium alliances with external suppliers to ensure cost-effective, top-tier deliverables.
• Closing & Retention: Deliver post-campaign reports, finalize financial liquidations, and drive client-nurturing initiatives for contract renewals.
• Mentorship: Accelerate the growth of Junior AEs and Account Assistants within the unit.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 3–4 years in Creative/Digital Agencies with hands-on experience running multi-channel IMC campaigns.
• Project Mastery: Meticulously detail-oriented; expert in project scheduling, budget mapping, and risk mitigation.
• Strategic Agility: Outstanding client service skills with the ability to pivot seamlessly from data analysis to abstract creative concepts.
• High-Impact Soft Skills: Masterful presentation and proposal-writing capabilities; resilient and collaborative under tight timelines.
• Versatility: Proven track record of juggling diverse portfolios simultaneously (FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Banking, etc.).
• Language & Tech: Fluent English (IELTS 6.5 minimum equivalent). Advanced MS Office and an open mindset toward leveraging AI tools for project efficiency.
