JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. 1. Specialized tasks:
  • Planning and implementing digital marketing activities/projects.
  • Coordinate with team members to operate and optimize digital channels: Facebook, YouTube, Website, Google Ads,etc.
  • Prepare indicators to evaluate an effective digital marketing campaign.
  • Manage risks in term of Digital marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct internal training with regards to Digital marketing(on request)
  1. 2. Management tasks:

  • Manage digital team of 3-5 people
  • Manage and develop activities of the digital marketing team
  • Responsible for the implementation of digital marketing plans
  1. 3. Direct report to the Board of Directors.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Knowledge and experience in social issues and economy
  • Knowledge and experience in communication and television is an advantage

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Successfully deployed many Digital Campaigns with budgets of 500 million or more on channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Adnetworks, etc.
  • Experience in working for both agency and client is an advantage
  • Personal soft skills (Well planning and time managing, confident communicating)
  • Office applications: proficient in basic skills.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in managing teams of 3 - 5 people.
